About the event
This presentation will give parents an overview of how planning for their child's transition to adulthood is incorporated into the IEP starting at age 14. Parents will learn how future goals will be identified and how needed transtion activities to reach thos goals can be provided to the student. The importance of parent involvement and the student's participation in the transition planning process will be discussed.
