About the event
For some students, the provision of a Free and Appropriate Public Education (FAPE) means extending instruction and related services beyond the typcial school year. We will discuss who the process to determining ESY eligiblity unfolds and how parents can partner with the school district to identify methods of data collection that will be needed in order to make an accurate determination. We will also discuss how compensatory services are determined and options to consider
